John Ryan

FOUNDER & CMO

John is the founder and CMO of Trinity Marketing Partners, where he helps SMBs to build their marketing capabilities. Previously, he drove omnichannel and digital growth as a marketing vice president at Ana Luisa jewelry and Whisker petcare, and has held brand and ecommerce leadership roles at Combe Inc. (makers of Just For Men) and 1-800-Flowers.com.

He is a U.S. Army veteran who served as a captain in the Iraq War. John holds a B.S. in systems engineering from West Point and an M.S. in journalism from Columbia University.

Thomas Sheil

Director, Lifecyle Marketing, Website Development

Thomas is a seasoned marketing leader specializing in email deliverability, CRM strategy, and customer retention. With a proven track record of increasing YOY revenue and optimizing conversion rates, he has managed vast email infrastructures for hundreds of brands.

His previous leadership experience includes roles at automotive Mastermind (S&P Global), Centric Brands, Prose, and Combe Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Sacred Heart University.
